½ cup of nuts
½ cup coconut flakes
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon of honey
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 1 pinch of lime juice


Place the above ingredients in a bowl, cover the nuts and place on a baking
sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 250 F, making
sure it does not burn but is lightly roasted.
Take it out of the oven. Let cool before eating.
