3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
16 ounces small broccoli florets
¼ cup of water
Salt and ground black pepper, as required


In a large wok, warm the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken
cubes for about 4-5 minutes.
With a slotted spoon, transfer the chicken cubes onto a plate.
In the same wok, add the onion and sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked chicken, broccoli, water, and cook, covered for about 8-10
minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in salt and black pepper and remove from heat.
Serve hot.
